Visiting UN Under-secretary General for Political Affairs Jeffrey Feltman has urged the political leadership of Nepal to seek consensus through talks, expressing his hopethat the constitution amendment process will pave the way for political stability in Nepal.He also assured the political leadership of UN support for constitution implementation. Feltman, who arrived in Kathmandu on a three-day visit on Thursday, met with President Bidhya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Madhesi Morcha leaders on Friday.Enquiring about efforts being made to end the Tarai standoff, the UN official wanted to gauge the level of mistrust among the parties that was detrimental to finding a political solution to the prolonged crisis.In his meeting with the prime minister, Feltman asked if there was the need for third-party mediation for the state and the disgruntled parties to arrive at consensus. PM Oli responded that there was some sort of mistrust among the parties but that was not very serious. -<br />

Youth wing of ruling CPN-UML, Youth Association Nepal, on Saturday, submitted a memorandum to Home Minister Shakti Basnet demanding investigation into the controversy over the citizenship certificate of Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato.Claiming that the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority had sought investigation into Mahato’s citizenship some four years ago when he was the health minister, the Youth Association Nepal handed over a memorandum demanding investigation into the case. YAN has demanded cancellation of Mahato’s citizenship and action against him for acquiring citizenship by submitting fake documents.<br />

The book itself holds a world record, as the best-selling copyrighted book of all time.  It is one of the most frequently stolen books from public libraries in the United States.<br />

The international authorization has extended beyond print to include television series and museums. The popularity of the franchise has resulted in Guinness World Records becoming the primary international authority on the cataloguing and verification of a huge number of world records the organization employs official record adjudicators authorized to verify the authenticity of the setting and breaking of records.<br />

 Here in the video we can see the tallest Lego tower in the world, which was built by Lego Italia, built this. It stood at 35.05 meters tall, or about 114 ft and 11 inches. Hyderabad Teen Pratysha who was allegedly tortured by her father and stepmother

D.R. Niraj Adhikari, 9 January 2016 - Pratyusha,  Hyderabad teenage wins the victory in the life after being able to survive from 100 injuries gifted by her father and step mothers. Pratyusha seems to be happy after her father git arrested. Her father is a telecom employee who had been absconding for the last one week.<br />

The poor Pratyusha never wants to meet her father for the pain and suffering gifted by them. The 19-year-old was rescued last Wednesday from her father’s home in Hyderabad. She developed  over 100 injuries including cuts, burns and bruises all over her body.<br />

She even suffered from respiratory distress and internal infections. Her step mother and father used to torture her for many months, made her drink toilet cleaning liquid, shaved her head and told neighbours that she was mentally challenged.<br />
<br />
Her father, said Pratyusha, witnessed this without protest. The police said the motive was apparent that appears to have been a takeover of property that the teen would inherit. They have registered a case of attempt to murder and other sections of the Indian Penal Code against Pratyusha’s father and stepmother.<br />
<br />
Pratyusha said, "I don’t want any property. I don’t want anything to do with my father or the family. I want to study and stand on my own feet. That is my dream." But she has had a stream of strangers who are now her family.  She cuddles a teddy bear gifted by two brothers from Bangalore. She is overwhelmed at the care and attention she has received.<br />
<br />
So many strangers have become family now. Dr. Vijay Vemuri, chief operating officer at Aware Global Hospitals, marked Pratyusha could hardly walk or talk when she was brought there and is amazed at her fast recovery.  Pratyusha was also nutritionally deprived with an Hb count of hardly five, as against a healthy 12.<br />
<br />
Achyuta Rao, Child rights activist had rescued Pratyusha. Rao is talking to government officials and NGOs to ensure Pratyusha gets all the help she needs to recover and make a fresh start. Thus the incident attests that Pratyusha wins the battle of life and gets victory over innumerable pains and suffering.<br />
